Who we are and how we work

DH SUNSHINE GOODS LLC is a small reselling business on the Amazon US marketplace. It is owner-operated, it started in 2026, and this page says only what is true of it today.

The business

We buy discounted inventory from retailers in the United States and resell it on Amazon. That is the whole model. We are a reseller, not a manufacturer and not a brand: the products we sell are made by other companies and we sell them in their original packaging.

The business is run by Owner name, who handles sourcing, prep and the Amazon account. We have no warehouse of our own and no staff beyond the owner — inventory goes to Amazon’s fulfilment centres, and Amazon stores and ships it.

We are an independent seller. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Amazon or by any of the brands whose products we resell.

How we work

  1. Sourcing We buy from United States retail at a discount — clearance, closeouts and promotional buys. Availability drives everything: we buy what is genuinely available at a price that works, which is why our stock is not a fixed catalogue.
  2. Checking Every unit is inspected before it goes anywhere. Anything damaged, opened, expired or short-dated does not get sent in.
  3. Prep Units are labelled, poly-bagged or bundled as the category requires, and packed to Amazon’s prep and packaging requirements.
  4. Fulfilment Shipments go into an Amazon fulfilment centre. From that point Amazon picks, packs, ships and handles returns under Fulfilment by Amazon.

How we use the Amazon Selling Partner API

DH SUNSHINE GOODS LLC is registered with Amazon as a private developer of the Selling Partner API. Private means exactly what it sounds like: the application is used by this business, on this business’s own seller account, and it is not offered to anyone else.

We use the API to read and manage our own account:

  • listings and catalogue data for the products we sell
  • inventory levels and FBA shipment status
  • our own orders and order reports
  • pricing and fee information used to decide what is worth buying

We do not offer the application to other sellers, and we do not pass Amazon data to anyone. What we do with that data, in full, is on the privacy policy.
